On a dry and not too cold or hot day 19 Ramblers from Cirencester and several from other groups set off for a six and half mile walk from the Fire and Flow coffee shop. We had to negotiate an unusual turnstile which provided amusement for all at the beginning of our walk. After walking through fields and another adventure with the Turnstile we proceed down a wide track and then a short walk along a busy road before walking along a quiet road into Stratton where we had our refreshment break in the children's play area. We then proceeded over fields and tracks of the Bathurst Estate where we saw several participants taking part in a carriage driving event. We then passed through the village of Daglingworth and through more fields and a final bit of road walking back to the start. The majority of us then enjoyed food and drinks at the Fire and Flow coffee shop before our journeys back home.
