Seven volunteers delivered 40 hours of hard work on this half mile section of path in Frampton Mansell.
We worked very closely with GCC, the Parish Council and a very helpful landowner to clear about half a mile of very overgrown and little used path. However by clearing back large areas of brambles, sawing our way through two large fallen trees and generally cutting back vegetation we have opened up a path with attractive views over the old canal to the woods beyond.
The path is still a little tricky at one end but the landowner has confirmed this will be repaired over the summer with work starting in the next couple of weeks.
