On a cloudy day 8 ramblers set off from Tinkley Gate National Trust car park for a lovely 17,573 steps / 7.5/8 mile walk, mainly on tracks through the woodlands and lake side paths of Woodchester Park …. The routes are well colour marked to repeat the walk if you so wish … We enjoyed the history knowledge of a guide with a fact sheet and talking at the end of the walk over drinks and cake in the cafe.
