On a beautiful sunny day 12 members set off from Sherborne towards Broadmoor Farm, this gave clear views across the valley to Great Rissington. We walked down to the river Windrush, then through fields to the church of St John the Baptist, where we stopped for lunch and enjoyed Marian's birthday cake.
After lunch we followed a good track and regained the river on the Sherborne Estate. This was followed by a steady incline back to the car park.
