Over the weekend of 13th to16th April, 47 members and guests of Cirencester Ramblers enjoyed a walking weekend in Ilfracombe. On both the Saturday and Sunday there were walks organised to suit the varying abilities of those taking part. Our thanks go to the local North Devon Ramblers who stepped in and led the long walks on both the Saturday and Sunday. Based at The Carlton Hotel, Ilfracombe we all had a very enjoyable weekend whether walking, sightseeing or tucking into the excellent food on offer at the hotel. We also thank the management and all the staff at the Carlton for a very enjoyable stay.
