On Tuesday 10th October, 25 members and guests set off on a 6 mile walk from Paignton to Brixham along the South West Coast Path. The group took the bus from Torquay to Paignton where they joined the SWCP, which was initially quite flat. Following the path around Roundham Head and along the seafront of Goodrington Sands where they caught a brief sight of a stream train. From here on the path has many steep ups and downs as the walkers made their way past Saltern Cove, Broadsands, Elberry Cove and Churston Cove before arriving at Brixham harbour front. From Brixham the group took the bus back to Torquay and a cream tea in the Toorak Hotel.
