Length:  615 miles,  990 km

Start:  Worcester

Finish:  Shoreham By Sea, via Stratford-on-Avon, Bristol and Yeovil.

Passing Through:  Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow on the Wold, Northleach, Cirencester

Information:  It is based on the route taken by King Charles II during his escape after defeat by Cromwell in the Civil War at Worcester in 1651. It is the longest inland trial in England. (The South West Path, at 630 miles is the longest trial)
